Special Operations Group is located  in Whittier, California.   The facility is located directly across the street from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department academy (S.T.A.R. Center).

   S.O.G. is one of the few training facilities that explores, evaluates, and utilizes appropriate technologies and techniques so that we can provide our students with the latest information and training skills. 

    We work with public and private entities to identify the emerging needs of both operators.  We understand that both have a distinctive separate mission and address those needs accordingly. We set high standards and believe that learning and training are life long endeavors.
